1. Acceptance
By using Relivora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Campaigns
You are responsible for the accuracy of your campaign and for using funds for the stated purpose. Campaigns publish instantly, but anyone may report a campaign and our admins may hide or remove campaigns that break these rules.
3. Donations & payments
Donations are processed via Stripe and go directly to the campaign organiser’s connected account — Relivora does not hold your funds. We charge a 0% platform fee; donors may optionally add a tip to support the platform. Donations are generally non-refundable; contact the organiser for refund requests.
4. Prohibited campaigns
Campaigns must be lawful and must not promote hate, violence, fraud or prohibited goods. We reserve the right to remove any campaign that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Eligibility to receive funds
To receive donations, organisers need a Stripe account available in a supported country. Availability depends on Stripe’s coverage.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for how organisers use funds, but we act on reports to keep the community safe.
