When you create an account or a campaign we collect your name, email address and the content you submit (campaign title, story, images). When you donate we collect your name (unless you choose to donate anonymously) and email for your receipt.
2. Payments & card data
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers — they are handled directly by Stripe’s secure systems.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform: to publish campaigns, process donations, send receipts and updates, prevent fraud, and respond to reports about campaigns.
4. Data security
All connections use HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored hashed (never in plain text), and access to personal data is restricted. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
